Decimals, if I might say, are really helpfull to number like 3. Here is an example of a decimal number. 38.673. The point, or decimals, seperates the positive & negetive numbers from each other.
It goes something like this: Ones, decimal, tenths, hundreths, thousands, ten thousandths, hundred thousandths millionths, ect.
The longest decimal is pi Decimals, fractions, & percents are all forms of measurements.
